For all skin types, extraction is crucial to thoroughly clean pores, but it’s optional.
Swedish massage is designed to relax the entire body by rubbing the muscles in long gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart. This technique will relieve muscle pain and stress as well as increase the level of oxygen in the blood while improving circulation and flexibility.
